Director, Advantage Summer Camps
Co-Director, Advantage Day Camp at Roosevelt Island Racquet Club
Bob Ingersole played tennis professionally and was a schoolteacher working with emotionally disturbed children in his native Australia. Since coming to the US he has coached and mentored hundreds of ranked juniors and adults including over 20 ATP and WTA ranked players.
As Tennis Director at The West Side Tennis Club and Roosevelt Island Racquet Club, Bob ran corporate events and many local, national and professional tournaments, including a WTA Tour event preceding the US Open.
Bob has been a long-time USTA volunteer and received the inaugural Volunteer Exceptional Service Award (VESA). His positions have included President of USTA Eastern, Task Force Chair of the USTA National Junior Competition Committee, Chair of the USTA Eastern Junior Competition Committee, and President of the Junior Tennis Foundation and Metrotennis CTA.
Additionally, he was inducted into the USTA Eastern and USPTA Eastern Hall of Fame and has been named USTA Eastern Man of the Year–twice. He was also named USPTA Pro of the Year.

Co-Director, Advantage Day Camp at Roosevelt Island Racquet Club
Amanda Bell joined the Advantage Camps team in 2016 and has held various leadership positions, most recently serving as Health Director. She is looking forward to supervising another fun and enriching summer experience for all campers. Amanda has also taught Advantage QuickStart Tennis for the past 8 years. She was a ranked junior growing up in Connecticut and played Division 2 singles and doubles collegiately. Amanda enjoys working with and inspiring children on and off the tennis court.

Darrin Fallick brings 25+ years of experience to his role as Director of Advantage Day Camp and QuickStart Tennis Camp at Wagner Middle School. He has worked in physical education and athletics in independent schools — teaching and coaching tennis (he is a PTR L1 certified tennis coach) and a variety of other sports at all grade levels, and he has administered camp programs across New York City and Long Island. From his early experience as a camp counselor to today’s position as Camp Director, Darrin’s enthusiasm and focus have helped campers develop their skills and love of sports, make new friends and enjoy unforgettable summers.

Alex Granata is the Assistant Director of the Advantage Quickstart Tennis Program and Advantage Summer Day Camp at Wagner Middle School. He has been playing tennis and other sports since he was very young. He enjoys soccer, ping-pong and cooking for his friends and family. Alex is a PTR Level 1 Certified tennis instructor and will also be leading the QuickStart Day Camp at Wagner Middle School this summer.
